Lefty Revolt I’ve had a good bit of email from left-handed guitarists attacking me as “discriminating” against lefties. If you know me, you know I don’t discriminate against anyone and for sure, not lefties. Some of my best friends and students are lefties. I have also been told this site’s lefty page is rigid and “pontificating.” I’m motivated, not by ego, but by what works for my students. I see the results of my lefties who play righty. I have also had the experience of having left-handed students who played unsuccessfully as lefties, learn to play righty and excel. So, am I rigid or result oriented? Am I discriminating, or do teach what I have seen work, time and time again? So, God bless all the lefties!! I love you. Even those of you who are mad at me. |
